Work Experience
- Mr. Toan is the Director for the Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) segment at Microsoft Vietnam. Under this leadership, he is responsible for leading the team to help our clients across industries accelerate their digital transformation goals by matching customer strategies and priorities with Microsoft Intelligent Cloud Platform and services through our partner ecosystem.
- Mr. Toan is a dynamic, result-oriented, and dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in the industry of information technology and services. He has extensive experience in building the high-performance teams, driving GTM strategy and profitable growth. Also, Mr. Toan possesses a strong capability and experience in thriving digital transformation for businesses, managing relationship with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prior to coming back to Microsoft, Mr. Toan was the Sales Director for Vietnam and Japan market at Hitachi Vantara. Prior to that, Mr.Toan led country sales and operation for Autodesk, covering Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanma.
- Mr. Toan got his MBA from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom, and also as a part-time lecturer with purpose of giving back.
